Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Abriella Collections is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Abriella Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

Customs & International Orders
